Agency Level CRM

There is a HUGE disconnect when managing the agency from a sub-account. We need a way to manage our sub-accounts as an agency. When sub-accounts update their email address/log in email, this does not automatically pull through to the contact inside my sub-account (the one I manage my agency with). I've had an incident recently where important emails were sent to my sub-account clients, but they didn't receive them as the email address associated with their account was no longer the one I had inside my sub-account.
An Agency CRM is a must!!

It’s crazy. Like if you have your SaaS payment set up in a sub account with all your automations connected to the subscription, the payment fails and the client recreates it using the automatic restart account option when trying to sign in, that payment/subscription is no longer tracked by the agency sub account. Insane how overlooked this is.

I agree, and there’s no way to sync all the agency users overall so that I can send out email blasts when things happen like X not being connected anymore, or big updates that I know they will appreciate knowing about.
I can’t spend hours manually checking if emails match/changed and creating new contacts just to be able to email all users on the agency side.

Yes this is a very basic feature. I can't market or email my sub account owners from the agency level and to be able to even communicate with them I have to go look them up at the agency level because when someone creates a new subaccount, it does not translate into my company sub account.
