To have an account where businesses can have their own sub-accounts within a sub-account. I would call this a Sub-Agency Account. I'm working with two companies and one has agents and the other has locations for which they want them to have their own accounts. They want to have access to these accounts to see how different locations are doing or assist their agents. It would be nice if their account portal allowed them to select each location/agent account in the same way we switch through our sub-accounts. Currently, I have to set them up with multiple different accounts and provide a primary admin, access to each. Currently, to do this they need to pay and set up each account separately which also complicates the sales process.
Let me clarify the requirements and proposed solution:
Current situation:
These companies have multiple agents and/or locations
Each agent/location needs its own account
Company management wants to access and monitor all their sub-accounts
Currently, we need to set up separate sub-accounts and provide admin access to each
The system doesn't allow the purchasing of multiple sub-accounts at once.
Desired functionality:
A main company account that can access all their own sub-accounts
Ability to have the primary company switch between sub-accounts easily, similar to how we switch between current agency sub-accounts
Eliminate the need for Admins to log in and out of multiple accounts
Proposed solution:
Create a multi-tiered account structure with the following levels:
Agency level-(top tier)
-Sub Agency Level (Middle tier)
-Sub Agency-Sub Account Level (bottom tier)
Here's how this structure would work
Main account for each business (Sub-Agency Account)
Has an overview of all locations and agents (Sub-Account)
Sub Agency Admin can access and switch between all their connected sub-accounts (locations and/or agents)
Allowing Saas Agency Account the ability to group package sub-accounts.
