The ability to associate a saas sub account to a specific contact so that you can find the contact from the sub account and vice versa find the sub account from the contact for easier management. Also Pull Sub Account SAAS info into the contact of the agency sub account. So we can easily see if the sAAs contact is active, credits, past due, etc etc for a more integrated contact/sub account management. It is currently disconnected isolated from one another. Sub Accounts are stand alone and there is no way to interact directly with the saas sub account owner etc without trying to figure out who the owner is then going to your sub account and trying to find them in your agency sub account contacts etc.
