$0 SaaS Plan

I would like to make the first tier of my SaaS plans $0/mo (not $1). Where I can just make my money on the texting and other rebilling items for certain customers. Can we please remove the SaaS minimum of $1.

Jon Hawker: first of all it's against the Terms of service for high level. The minimum you're allowed to charge is $97 a month. The one dollar amount is currently a glitch. You'll also go out of business. Many have tried

Tommy Mutchler: While I appreciate you concern. You don't understand everyones model.
First off, I don't believe this was a glitch. Many had asked for the $97 limit to be removed, and they changed it. And even marked that particular roadmap item complete. There is literally no reason to put limitations on plans as many different billing models exist.
In my case, for example, I have integrated my platform via API to GHL. I have a service which builds massive contact lists on the frontend, for which I charge. And now an integrated CRM and marketing tool on the backend with GHL to leverage this list. So consider it a hybrid model that uses SaaS. For certain of these clients I need to provide a basic SaaS service for which there is no need for a recurring monthly charge. And this add a second charge from my other service which only confuses things during the onboarding process. Even if just $1.
So, again, while I appreciate your concern, many models exist. And I'm sure others have models different than mine. And making this small adjustment will allow us that have this need to simplify things and have happy clients.

Tommy Mutchler it's the minimum you're allowed to advertise is $97/month if you're providing access to 2 or more of their primary services.
2.2 Minimum Advertised Price. If you are authorized to white-label and resell access to the Platform, You cannot advertise access to the Core Platform for an effective price that is less than the Standard Prices offered by HighLevel (the “MAP Policy”). The “Core Platform” is defined as a combination of 2 or more of the following Platform features: (i) Funnel and Website Builder, (ii) Forms, (iii) Surveys, (iv) Customer Relationship Manager, (v) Email Builder, (vi) Calendars, and/or (vii) Automation workflows. For the avoidance of doubt, offering any of the foregoing features (or any other features not listed above) as a standalone product is not subject to the MAP Policy. “Standard Price” for one Sub-Account is $97 USD for monthly subscriptions or $970 USD for an annual subscription. HighLevel reserves the right to change its Standard Prices at any time, for any reason. In the event of a change to HighLevel’s Standard Prices, you are responsible for ensuring your continued compliance with the MAP Policy. HighLevel may run special pricing offers, promotions, or discounts from time-to-time (“Special Pricing”). HighLevel’s use of Special Pricing does not create an exception to the MAP Policy. Any changes to this MAP Policy will be communicated by a change to these Terms or by other forms of communication deemed appropriate by HighLevel in its sole discretion. The price at which you are advertising access to the Platform is determined after deduction of coupon discounts, rebates, value of product giveaways, gift card amounts, and other promotional offers, that have the effect of lowering an advertised price (“Advertised Price”). The MAP Policy only applies to the Advertised Price. The final price at which you resell access to the Platform (“Final Price”) is not subject to the MAP Policy
