Not all of these videos need to be used for marketing however the platform forces this checkbox. Easiest fix allow the checkbox wording to be customized or for compliance, having different checkbox options for this data collection point.

I understand the need for the checkbox to be there when collecting videos however this widget would be more useful if this was adjustable rather than forced.
