A customer in Australia, an English speaking country, wrote a review in English and Review AI responded with a review in Vietnamese. This is stupid/wrong etc..
It should always be English. Unless chosen otherwise.
The customer might not even speak Vietnamese and lives his entire life in Australia. The business owner doesn't know Vietnamese either...

It does this very often like in 2 out of 10 cases resulting in wasting AI spend and we have to answer it manually.
