We're getting complaints due to the automatic review language because the review is in Spanish and the reply was in English. Please add a feature to change the default language or adapt it to the language of the review. Would be also nice if you could modify slightly the way is replying such as "just use the first name instead of the full name". How's is actually working or why am i getting this issue

Currently, the Reviews AI doesn't work correctly when the outbound language is not English. If there is no review text in a Google review, the AI responds in English instead of the selected outbound language. This issue needs to be resolved.

My account is in French but the option to answer reviews with AI is only English.
Also about phone number, the whisper message and the Call recording message are only in English.

Using Reviews AI, the reply is only in english. I am base in Italy and it should be reply in italian.

Yes, please, add this. Fasted way I guess would be to integrate Conversation AI bot training with Reviews AI!
The AI must reply reviews in the same language, and also have the context of the business to respond quickly, smart, engaging.
Without the AI working properly, this feature is not really usable for many.

Oh wow! The Reviews AI should def. be replying in the language the review was written in. I serve German speaking customers, so I can't sell this service because of this limitation.
Why is this AI not getting it's training from the Conversation AI trainings anyway? We should be able to also feed this AI with additional data to train its behavior and add company/product context.
