HIPPA compliant accounts had the AI responses completely crippled, and it's been at least 6 months without a fix. The AI prompts do nothing, there should at least be some sort of bounded AI customization. It is perfectly fine to give a contextual reply to a patients review as long as it doesn't mention their condition or name if it hasn't been disclosed by them. If they say they loved their experience with Dr. Seuss for example, the AI should be able to reply saying that we are happy that they had a good experience with Dr. Seuss. Basic stuff, but you don't look like you've been copy/pasting the same response to everyone. Devs please hop on Claude and fix this already ASAP.
