Using a contact's name in a Review response is a HIPPA violation

The responses generated from the AI are great. But attorneys have noted that it is a HIPPA violation to use a contact's name in the response, even if they have provided it themselves as their name in the review. This only applies to any type of medical/health related account.
Suggestion, if the sub account is subscribed to GHL as a HIPPA compliant subscription, make sure the response AI does NOT use the contacts name. This could cause legal issues with GHL.
