Currently, the Reviews AI Auto-Pilot mode works seamlessly for Google Business Profile (GBP). However, many of our local business clients (especially in the home services) rely heavily on Yelp.
We need the following enhancements to make the Reputation Management suite truly "all-in-one":
Reviews AI Auto-Pilot for Yelp: * The ability to enable "Auto-Pilot" mode specifically for Yelp reviews, allowing the AI to automatically reply to new Yelp reviews based on star rating and sentiment, exactly like it currently does for GBP.
Multiple Yelp Page Integration (Multi-Location): * Currently, connecting to Yelp is often limited to a single page per sub-account or via a simple URL fetch. We need a native integration that supports multiple Yelp locations within a single sub-account (similar to how we can manage multiple GBP locations).
This should include the ability to pull reviews from different Yelp URLs/Pages and manage the "Auto-Pilot" responses for each location individually.
Why this is important:
  • Efficiency: Manually replying to Yelp reviews for 5+ locations is a massive bottleneck for agencies.
  • SEO & Reputation: Yelp is a high-authority site; fast response times are critical for client reputation.
  • Parity: Since GHL already supports this for Google and Facebook, adding Yelp completes the "Big Three" of local reviews.
