We've connected all our client's Google Business Profiles and created the Reviews Widget with reviews coming through regularly. However, the workflow currently only works with Google Reviews since each of their 18 garages have their own GMB profile so we set it up that the customers from the different branches receive an email with a Review Link specific to the garage. Now, we want the 5-star review people to also leave a review on Facebook. Is there a way to extract what they said in their Google Review so we can use that as a custom field in an email asking them to copy and paste the message in Facebook? Since the widget is capturing the information, one would assume this is possible.
