Ai Review Reply uses the phrase, "we are thrilled" ad nauseam. Among others. is there any way we can add some variety to the ai review replies. Otherwise, they most certainly require human oversight and editing to make them sound NON-cut and pasted and natural or human-like. In light of this repetitive theme, we can't use the auto-pilot method of Ai Review Reply so it erodes the "Ai" automation value to near zero. Been this way for quite some time. it needs to have the last 8-10 review responses as memory with a "do not repeat yourself" guardrail

Yes, the reviews response don't have a brand voice - All of my responses sound canned, Trite, etc. I can't belive this isn't a bigger priority as it would seem common sense in the first place.

I feel like if the AI had the ability to review previous responses you could then ask it to say do not use the same phrases as the last two responses or something like that to indicate how to avoid the "we are thrilled" over use.
