This has been in planning for way too long. This would allow incredible freedom to offer review management. Please add an action that allows a workflow to post the reply to the review so we can freely use the GPT modules.

"find opportunity" action for when contact has multiple opportunity. That would reference the opportunity given certain criteria like opportunity ID, custom field, etc. If found it becomes referenced in scope of the workflow like an opportunity trigger would have.

Please add an "Assign to User" trigger. Somehting that notifies a rep when a contact is newly assigned to them

Could we please have a trigger for workflows when an Instagram comment is left? We have the option for triggering a workflow by Instagram DM, but it'd be so nice to have this integration in workflows! This would take away the need for ManyChat!
For example, someone comments a phrase, then you can DM them on Instagram immediately and add them to your other tags/workflows!

Workflows at this time don't trigger off of SMS sent or email sent. I can get it to work when a phone call is made but not the other. Hopefully this can be added to triggers so i have better records for my sales team followup and outreach data.

Trackable review links in workflows is a must in my opinion. That way we can confirm if a review was left after they click the link.
