Any comment on a Google Review from within GHL shows as "PPAO" but nobody in support can tell me what that means. Also - It shows my initials next to what I'm typing, which is also confusing. It doesn't post as me... so it shouldn't show as my initials next to what is being typed.

My clients are confused. Can we just remove the PPAO and initials from displaying? I'd rather just show a blank dot than something cryptic and confusing like this that I don't have an answer for when I'm asked.
