It would be great if it was possible to automatically track which user already left a review on FB or GMB. That way, we can filter for people who have received and invite, but haven't actually left a review and follow up with them.

I can't even put a trigger link in the custom link field in reputation management settings. That's an oversite on GHL's side

Great improvement to reputation management.
Also, we can send a thank you message for having left a review and ask if they would be willing to share the review (either by email or to social media) with their family and friends.
