The system currently uses an 800 number if you have one to send text messages while a2p is waiting for approval.
This is currently not true for the review request system.
Also i have a workflow that send some text messages and ends with a reiview request. Currently all other messages are being sent with the 800 number but the review request is being sent with the local number.
Not only does this fail but even if it succeeded the customer no has a disjointed experience where the get this message from a new number seemingly unrelated from the previous messages
