I’m currently experiencing issues with the Reputation AI response system.
I’ve noticed there appears to be a cap of approximately 50 review responses within a 24-hour period. Could you please confirm if this limit can be increased?
One of my clients is receiving a high volume of reviews (20–30 per day), and we are running into several issues:
* Responses are not being sent consistently within the configured 20-minute delay
* Some reviews are responded to hours later (e.g., 6+ hours)
* Certain reviews are skipped entirely, while newer reviews are responded to first
This is creating an unreliable experience and affecting performance.
Could you please:
  1. Confirm whether the daily response limit can be increased (ideally up to 500/day)
  2. Investigate and improve the sync reliability between Google reviews and the AI response system
  3. Ensure reviews are processed in the correct order without being skipped
