Would love to be able to download a PDF of reputation management stats based off of a month and year, etc. It would also be nice to be able to customize what I want or dont want on that report.

BrightLocal and other platforms do a great job of giving local businesses an overview of their online reputation. The dashboard for GHL is terrible in my opinion. If you don't use invites or listings, literally half of it is useless.
You can't even figure out your overall total reviews or average rating for the lifetime of a location.
I have created a simple mockup of what it could look like using BrightLocal, GHL and SEMRush elements to build something that is useful.
Would be even better if it worked for multi location businesses as well as GHL really struggles to support these types of businesses.

Bright local does a great job of presenting review information for business locations. Overall I think their layout is very nice and GHL could take some inspiration from some of the charts etc. Exportable reports as well in CSV and PDF formats, provides a lot of flexibility.

A simple way to generate a reviews report to show the number of reviews generated over a selected time period (week, month, year) that could be sent to a client manually or automated.
