There needs to be a trigger to track when a client posts a Google Review once it's sent. I use the send request function and there is no real way to know and track if the person actually posted a review. The most that we get is a notification that a review has been posted.

I want to be able to create an automation that will capture this, and log it in the contact card. This would allow me to track, and even send an SMS to the client afterwards saying "thanks for your Google Review".
