PLEASE add more to the reporting section. Here is a list many of the reputation competitors have that we desperatly need:

-12 month graph showing rating change over time by location.

-A.I summary for 1 or 2 star rating that highlights more of the negative feedback to help with improving problem areas. Currenly leans more positive even when selecting 1 or 2 stars.

-Rating last month vs current month.

-Current rating vs 12 months ago by location.

-Rating vs competitors.

-Number of reviews rec'd and number of invites which would give a monthly conversion rate. This will help with modifying your message to increase conversions.
