Testing needs to be separated in Analytics

Anthony Cubbage
Every time I've made a test purchase, it's been tracked in my revenue numbers, orders, and funnel analytics. This skews the numbers and forces me to do manual calculations, or digging to find the times in which I did test purchases in order to get an accurate picture of the data.
Ways to fix this:
1) Have a separate testing dashboard
2) An option to delete test data
Thanks

Hi Anthony Cubbage , thanks for flagging this — want to make sure we scope the fix correctly.
Could you tell us:
Which dashboard/widget you're seeing the skew in — Revenue totals, Order count, or a Funnel conversion step (or more than one)?
Is this a Stripe test-mode transaction, or a real charge you made yourself for testing purposes?
Which product flow — Funnel/Website checkout, Payments invoice, Membership offer, or Store?
This'll help us figure out whether a filter at the analytics layer or a data-source fix (using the gateway's test/live flag) is the right approach.
