Hello Development Team,
We would like to request an enhancement to the CRM’s Agent Reporting / Opportunities View so that team managers can view and compare call performance metrics for all team members on a single page.
Currently, the platform does not seem to provide a consolidated view for call-related statistics per agent. Our goal is to allow managers to quickly identify top performers and areas for improvement based on call activity.
Proposed Feature:
A “Team Call Report” section showing each team member’s call activity side by side.
Metrics to include:
Total number of calls made per user
Number of connected calls
Number of actual conversations
Missed calls
Total talk time per agent
Ability to sort, filter, and compare across team members.
Value for Users:
Managers can instantly assess who is making the most calls, engaging most with prospects, or underperforming.
Encourages healthy competition and productivity within the sales team.
Reduces the need for exporting data or using third-party tools for performance comparison.
