Service Level Agreement Report needed

At Opportunities, we have the following indicators:
Created on – represents the date and time when the lead was created.
Updated on – represents the date and time when the lead was last edited.
We urgently need assistance in calculating a crucial metric: SLA (Service Level Agreement), which measures the time between these two indicators. This will allow us to track how long a client has to wait before being contacted and having notes added to their account.
Please help us enable the possibility of creating such a report.
