Dashboard reporting. I would love to have the ability to drill down on the reporting. So, if there are x number of won leads, Click on won and see who are the leads? OR, in lead source report, I can see how many was leads, but then, I would like to click on a source and it would SHOW or go directly to a list of who is on that list. Can this be done in the dashboard?

The current reporting we have has many limitations and it doesn't have a good UI/UX experience. I recorded this video to show the limitations and what we can improve https://tinyurl.com/ya7b8jr4We need to be able to add "Management Fee Cost", "Average cost per sale" and "closing rate" so that reporting is not only more accurate but it shows the client what they really care about... ROI. It would also be awesome if we can choose which data to show and what not to show. YES OMG yes! Every CRM works like this except GHL. As someone who worked in and trained as a Salesforce Admin, GHL has a LONG way to go before they can realistically call what they offer a CRM.
