If an outcome is "No Show", how can we tell if it was a Confirmed "No Show" or Unconfirmed "No Show"? What about Unconfirmed "Show"?

There NEEDS to be a way that reporting shows Outcomes with a sequence, or tagged with what outcomes it has been previously.
