We are limited to reporting on standard fields, but we have custom fields that we need to have reporting connected.

Numeric and monetary custom fields on Contacts and Opportunities can now be aggregated as metrics (Sum, Min, Max, Average) in dashboards, custom reports, and the Custom Metric module — the same way standard fields work today. No setup needed.
This directly covers reporting on custom field values, including things like actual deal/paid amounts if you're tracking those in a custom field.

Seriously, how is this not standard? This is not a real CRM if it doesn't have standard reporting features, which always include custom fields.
Here's a user story: As a user, I want to know the actual paid value of our won opportunities (not just the expected value).
Seems like essential functionality. Not available in GHL.
