It's been 3 years since agent reporting was launched and the new features that were supposed to launched in the following weeks such as "time taken to respond to lead" have not been implemented.

This is the reason I got agency level GHL and it is very underwhelming.

A lot to features would be incredible.

Time to respond to lead would be a start.
