A more detailed history trail. Who changed something, what they changed, when was the last time someone left a note, date when last contact was made... and be able to pull this report

I think the audit trails needs to be significantly revisited there is large gaps in what is in the audit trail and what is being reported on.
- Zero audit trail on dashboard especially in the area of changes. We organically had a dashboard we delivered and the client made a change and then blamed up and there was no way to prove they did anything and it ended up costing us.
2 - Audit trail for ecommerce when an order is placed and that order is sent to shipstation there is no audit of the interaction to know if GHL sent the order or shipstation failed to received.
- No audit trail for user logins.
There is more these are just the ones that come I will continue to update the list as I find them.

Laura Timbrook Agreed. An audit trail for who makes a change to any of the sub-account settings that have a high impact if they are mis-configured, such as taxes and shipping, would be very helpful as well. That would also enable us to quicky determine whether something is a glitch or human error, and contact Support more appropriately.
