GoHighLevel is marketed as an all-in-one platform, yet users who have their email domain configured with Google Workspace or other third-party providers are unable to access accurate campaign statistics — including delivered, bounced, and spam metrics — within the platform. GHL support has confirmed this is a known limitation, with full reporting only available to users on LC Email or Mailgun.
This creates a frustrating situation where users are building campaigns inside GHL but receiving incomplete or inaccurate reporting data, with no indication in the UI that this is a provider limitation rather than a system error. For users who have invested significantly in their Google Workspace setup and domain configuration, being required to switch providers to access basic campaign analytics feels like a significant gap for a platform that bills itself as all-in-one.
We would love to see GHL work toward surfacing delivery data from third-party providers where possible, or at minimum clearly communicating this limitation at the point of setup so users can make an informed decision about their email configuration before investing time in campaigns.
