Fix call reporting- almost none of the data is valid.

Currently in call reports, you can't tell the correct pickup rate because all the calls that have gone to voicemail show up as answered. Makes sense, but why is there a statuss as voicemail in the statistics as well, if the actual voicemailed calls don't track as voicemail. Currently you can't get any real and trust worthy data from call reporting.
