Not Moving Lead Without E mail ID
1)we need a Lead journey of every lead
2)many a times Same lead Shows in multiple stages
3) need a source wise/stage wise lead data mis on daily basis
4) Need reports for every action, like how many calls dialled by respective sales person, how many connected, how many are approached with text,wa and email etc, How many new leads received by respective sales person, how many appointment booked, how many no show etc?
5) Same data report for sales person on power dialler
6) Need Audit trail for every lead like when it was given to sales person, when did he dialled, on which date he moves to different stage, When hot prospects was sent, report of daily hot prospects chasing required sales person wise etc
7) Dashboard for every salesperson

  1. Daily Lead Activity Report
We need an automated daily report that shows, for all leads received the previous day:
Total number of leads received (e.g. 35)
Whether each lead was dialled or not
Number of dial attempts per lead
Current stage/status of each lead
Notes added on each lead (if any)
The report should clearly highlight:
Leads that have been worked on
Leads stuck in specific stages
Leads still remaining in the “New” stage with no action
This will help us track daily performance and follow-ups properly.
  1. Monthly Lead Journey Report
We also need a month-end report that tracks each lead by its date of entry:
For example, leads received on the 1st: what actions happened to them by month end
Same breakdown for leads received on the 2nd, 3rd, and so on
Current stage and outcome of each lead by the end of the month
This will help us analyse how leads progress over time and identify gaps in follow-up or conversion."
