enable language meta tag that represents current language

Right now it doesn't matter what language we have selected, in the HTML it always says that page language is English(<html lang="en">).
Would be great to have the current interface language represented in HTML as <HTML lang="sv-SE"> attribute or as a separate <meta name="language" content="Swedish"> tag.
