Email Stats Delivered Value Is Inaccurate

When looking at the stats for an email within a workflow, the Delivered stat is showing the exact same value as the Open Rate. I checked with my SendGrid account and see that Delivered is much different than that which is being shown in GHL.

Can't do a resend when original is unopened either as it records a 100% open rate of the first send. it fails.

I am getting complaints from customers about this too. Tried support and was told that's just how it is and that I should switch to sending through GHL.
