Delete the recording

Yes, there needs to be a call recording delete feature for Admin or for Agency level. There are many cases for this - primarily when private information is given (credit card, dob...or other sensitive information).
Also, as mentioned, test calls to the AI voice agent. These calls are necessary when troubleshooting and our clients should not be hearing these call recordings. And GHL should not want this as well.

at a minimum... make it possible to delete individual voicemail recordings after listening to them! rather than letting them pile up forever. I don't know anybody that likes a bunch of old voicemails on their phone.

All these reasons below are exactly why this needs to be a feature. Also, not every person wants to have their call recorded.
I'm in Australia and we have to have that awful voice thing telling every call incoming and outgoing that their call is being recorded and if someone doesn't want it we can't just delete that one recording either.
I'd like to see a little bin icon where the recording shows in conversations and contact record so you can click it, have a confirmation you want to delete it and then it be gone.
This would be a good starting point.

This has to be mandatory for legal purposes right? Especially the trim bit for credit card data as mentioned by others.

I agree, this is very important when it comes to credit card information provided over the phone. At a minimum, there should be the option to pause or stop a recording during the call.

I just realized that my client can see all of my stupid 'test' calls to their AI phone agent. Yay! (but seriously, there is sensitive data that HAS to be deleted)

Yes, even better, also the ability to
trim
a recording to delete specific sensitive info from the end of the call.D
Derek De Giovanni
Yes. Sometimes I have customers providing their credit card over-the-phone and it gets recorded and I cannot delete it. There is no API endpoint to delete a message (i.e. recording) either.

For Data Protection laws I don't know why this isn't already a thing?
