Being able to quickly pull these reports would be fantastic. My agency manages high volume sales teams and not being able to quickly pull timeframed employee data hurts.
I'd like to quickly see:
Dials
Completed
Dial Time
Talk Time

HighLevel needs way, way more options for reporting. Opportunities-level, but also Team Member-level. I want to be able to pull out reports, for example, about which team member has been leaving the most notes for opportunities, which team member transferred most leads to a certain pipeline column etc

In addition to what's being discussed here, I'd like to see # calls made and length of each call, or even avg length of calls, so we can better manage outbound sales activity of a sales team.

YES!!! I need to see a full list of ALL activity from each user each day to see how many tasks were completed, pone calls made, completed, voicemails left, SMS sent, etc. I had this on my old CRM and now I cannot manage properly when I have no way to track activity.
