It appears the "Conversion Rate" Dashboard is based on # Won Opps vs # Total Opps created.
Most companies and sales teams care more about "Close Rate" for a pipeline. e.g.: Our Sales Team's close rate is based on # of Won Opps vs # of Demos Given ... and in the HighLevel system the latter would be one of our custom Pipeline Stages that we've labeled "Demo Given". So we need a way to report on Close Rate based on these two numbers.
And quite frankly, it would just be easier to give us the ability to track rates for any pipeline stage progression based on whatever #s we wanted. Part of the purpose of tracking sales pipeline #s is tracking conversion rates so you know where the kinks are.
