Dashboard Banners need a "Do not show me again" option so they don't pop up.

Wordpress, YEXT, Phone services, Facebook integration, and basically any banner that could pop up needs two options upon attempting to close them "Remind me later" and "Don't show me again". I could understand some more important banner popping back up but there are upsells that we barely push being constantly put in our customer's face every login that we cannot get rid of.
Maybe remind me later puts a 24 hour reminder on it.

As a side note - our program is coaching and training heavy. We don't want our customers having any more "Shiny Object Syndrome" than necessary and the pop ups are a small, but very real piece of that.
