I would love to be able to create my own metrics to show inside the Facebook Ads Report. These metrics would pull data from whichever part of the CRM that corresponds to the leads referenced in the reporting.
Theoretically, there would be a "Create Metric" button next to the "Columns" button. Once clicked you can select other metrics from within the system like:
"Appointments"
  • This would show the number of appointments that came from the leads
"Cost Per Appointment"
  • This would show the adspend divided by number of appointments that came from the leads
Or you could create your own formula!
I'm mainly interested in having "Appointments" & "Cost per appointment" added but by allowing people to create there own formula using data from anywhere inside the CRM, I feel like it covers all bases.
