would like to suggest a feature that either generates a detailed report or provides an activity tab showing which contacts are calling or messaging the account across channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls. This feature should track how often each contact engages, giving visibility into who interacts with the business most frequently. Having this level of detail would make it easier to manage follow-ups, strengthen client relationships, and enable more proactive support and account management.
