Just as the system is able to document when and who booked an appointment for a client, it would be nice to have the same reporting for when and who cancelled an appointment. We've have multiple cases where clients' Appointments have been marked as Cancelled, those clients show up for the appointment as if it was still Confirmed, and no one in the system claims to have Cancelled their appointment. I've searched the system to find out how, who, or when it happened, to no avail. Then I asked Support for Help to figure it out, and they weren't able to provide an answer to this either. Please provide reporting on this, perhaps in Appointment Reporting.
