I NEED to have a simple Pivot Table like this for a count on current Opportunity Stages across all locations
The Rows are obviously the locations and the Columns are the Appointment Stages and then it just displays a count of how many opportunities are in that stage for that location.

Call reporting for entire agency

Please add call reporting for the entire agency in one spot that includes the amount of dials, qty and percentage of answered calls, each call duration, total time on the phone, etc. This would make the system much easier to use in an atmosphere were call stats are pertinent to the agency and client.

The ability to view a user/agents call time, numbers of calls, etc. across all the locations they are assigned too. Access is on the the agency dashboard. This is a much needed manager feature. Seeing who is calling a lot and not is important in getting the best results. For example if a user is calling 100 times a day and getting really good results but another user is only calling 50 times a day and is getting poor results. Then we easily see why that is the case. Add an agency reporting dashboard where we can filter and view reporting data for all accounts in 1 dashboard. This would make reporting so much easier than manually clicking into each account to see the reporting data.Specifically looking for appointment reporting overview so that we can see an appointment booked/cancelled/no-showed overview.

Yes! We agree! We need this feature as well. It would be extremely helpful to view by User for reporting and training purposes.

This would be Perfect! Our agency's main niche is leads. We guarantee a set amount & each month & are constantly monitoring the quota for each client. Having a dashboard with the results of multiple clients on one page is a huge timesaver!
Here's a sample from the company Ontraport. It did require a custom field & some automation to force the system to timestamp "today" when the lead filled out the form. But after that we can customize the dashboard by choosing metric Filled Out Form X, along with a timeframe... this month, last month, etc. They also have a "contact still exists" filter so the numbers stay accurate as leads are archived or deleted.

CRM Agency: Yeah reporting is quite bad for a CRM. I have to dig through all the data to see when a lead came in and when it converted. There needs to be a tab so we can choose "current monthly revenue" and "Revenue from date lead was acquired". Its currently automatically set on thee revenue being from the date the lead was acquired.

Yes, It would be very helpful to be able to see an Agency Reporting Tab on the Agency dashboard that shows all of the major reporting statistics of the subaccounts.
For example, being able to see a total of all calls generated, form fills generated, etc. It doesn't even need to be detailed or show the specifics of the call or form fill. This can be looked at at the subaccount level if needed to go deeper.
But being able to see a quick snapshot of how each subaccount is doing on one summary page would be amazing.
Generate a list of all subaccounts in one spot that can be filtered by ascending/descending order. And then being able to filter by date range, filter by amount of calls, filter by amount of form submissions, etc.
This would be very helpful when trying to determine at an agency level how other subaccounts are doing compared to others without having to go into each one individually to see the stats.
