The ability to create time-stamped activity reports for our sales agents/crm users that show a log of all activity in chronological order would be tremendous.

For example, If I'm trying to figure out why one of our agents has 5 minutes between phone calls, it would be nice to pull a time-stamped activity log showing they sent six emails, 15 text messages, and updated contact records between those calls.
