Add Delivery Log & Ability To Send Instantly for Scheduled Custom Reports

Currently there is no delivery log for scheduled custom reports. For example, if I want to be able to see an log of sent reports to a specific user or email, I have no way of identifying that unless I confirm with the individually directly through their email inbox.
Additionally, once a report is scheduled, there is no way to instantly send that same report right away (in a scenario where you prefer to send right away). The only feature available to send right away is a "Test email" function but that function should ultimately be integrated through a separate UI for scheduled reports.
