I am endlessly paying for storage of voicemails that I can't delete! WHY?? The only way to delete a VM is to delete the entire contact messaging thread completely. That means the sub account loses all their communications with that client. There should be an option in the communications window where the voicemail shows in the conversations, but The best location for this fix would be in the call reporting area where you can list and view all the voicemails by date range.
