Add WooCommerce and Shopify filters to Prospecting and Website Audit
It would be very useful to add WooCommerce and Shopify as searchable technologies within the Prospecting tool and Website Audit.
Ideally, these options should be included in a dedicated section such as:
E-commerce Platforms
WooCommerce
Shopify
rather than under “Website Hosting”, since they are e-commerce technologies and not hosting providers.
This feature would allow agencies to:
identify businesses that already operate an online store;
segment prospects based on their e-commerce platform;
create more targeted prospecting campaigns;
highlight specific problems related to abandoned carts, customer follow-up, reviews, email marketing and customer retention;
promote the CRM’s native integrations with WooCommerce and Shopify;
personalize audit reports and outreach messages according to the technology detected.
For example, when WooCommerce or Shopify is detected, the audit could automatically include specific recommendations such as abandoned-cart recovery, customer reactivation, review requests, AI chat, marketing automation and sales pipeline management.
This would significantly improve lead qualification and create stronger commercial opportunities for agencies using Prospecting.

Yes please! right now the only website it spits out is "wordperss" we need to know if they have a site or not, don't care about wordpress.

I know I am late to the game here but if I may, it would be nice for prospect messaging purposes to have access the "Overall Score" from the Marketing Report.
As an example, I believe we could drive more email opens if we were able to drop their "Overall Score" into the subject and body copy.

I would like to see the Wordpress site check be replaced by a Website check, i.e they have a website which may or may not be Wordpress. And a Facebook link doesn't count.
We want to be able to offer a HL website service rather than Wordpress.

The prospecting and website audit widget are great tools but almost pointless if we can’t create a workflow and trigger an automation from a submission.
Once the widget has the ability to start a workflow, then this would be very valuable. I added it to my site then realized I only get an email then manually have to do work to email the prospect. Also, we need phone number added in order to call this prospect and also automate messages.
Please add the widget as a trigger like form submission.

Hey, Also, We do not use Wordpress, we use Webflow, as well as the High Level builder since it is starting to get really good for SEO (Still need image naming) but I have a work around at the moment. But having the ability to remove the "Wordpress" as the standard would make this report usable by myself, and others.

Its to say you could send a report to a prospect or prospect comes to you through social media/paid ads/organic.Has the ability to auto generate report through Widget or simpIe form/survey on funnel/website/landing to capture all prospects info straight into a workflow or just booking page. I believe that the ability to Convert to PDF and auto send report to prospect is crucial and a game changer.In addition with a webhook or tracking cookies would allow Agency to know insights(How many times the report has been viewed)making a hot lead and make better decisions

It would be great from prospecting tool to be able to contact them (or convert them to contact in CRM) and use parts of marketing report in Email, similar to custom field I guess. And use Drag and Drop Email templates (not template snippets) to do this.
