As a marketing agency, we love this tool for SEO reports and website health, however there are some things that we would really love to see added such as:
- Accurate Follower & Engagement Data
- Ensure follower counts are up to date and not rounded excessively.
- Include engagement metrics such as average likes, comments, and shares per post to give a clearer picture of audience interaction.
- - Follower count increase/decrease over the last 30-90 days per platform
- Post Frequency & Consistency Analysis
- Show the last 10-15 posts with timestamps to analyze consistency.
- Indicate if the account posts daily, weekly, or inconsistently.
- Highlight gaps in content posting (e.g., inactive for 30+ days).
- Content Type Breakdown
- Differentiate between post types (image, video, carousel, story, reel, live).
- Show which type performs best based on engagement.
- Platform-Specific Insights
- Facebook: Pull data on page likes, recent ad activity, and page responsiveness.
- Instagram: Identify bio links, story highlights, and hashtag usage.
- LinkedIn: Track company page followers, post activity, and employee engagement.
- TikTok: Display video views, trending content, and posting frequency.
- Competitor Benchmarking
- Allow comparisons with industry competitors for context.
- Identify areas where a business may be underperforming compared to similar brands.
- Lead Contact Opportunities
- Display whether DMs or messages are open on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
- Show links to their website or email when available.
