It would be great to be able to customise the fields and be able to add a phone number. The whole form could use some customisation options so we can style it to match our website. As it's an iFrame based form, you can't really do anything with it with CSS.

Agreed - it is idiotic that we can only get the person's name and email. We all know how much people check their emails
