Another issue with AI-generated prospects.

When AI creates a prospect but doesn't find a Point of Contact, I can manually add a POC to the prospect. However, even after adding the POC, the prospect still shows “No contact created yet” when hovering over the contact icon.

There is also no clear option from the prospect itself to:

Create/add the POC as a Contact

Create an Opportunity & add to pipeline

This creates a lot of unnecessary manual work. We have the prospect, the business information, and now the POC, so there should be a simple way to convert that prospect into a usable CRM record directly from the Prospecting section.

Could we have a “Create Contact” / “Add to Contacts” action after adding a POC, along with “Create Opportunity” / “Add to Pipeline”?

The whole purpose of Prospecting is to save time by moving from discovery to CRM and follow-up. When these basic conversion steps require leaving Prospecting and manually rebuilding the record elsewhere, it adds work rather than removing it.

Ideally, the flow should be:

Prospect → Add/Find POC → Create Contact OR/AND Add to Pipeline/Opportunity → Manage from CRM
