My agency's local business sub accounts would like the AI Prospecting to be enhanced to help them identify individual consumers (not other businesses) in their area to market their services to.

Yes, I expect Prospect AI for a local B2C business to find information of people/consumers. Name, address, email, phone are essential. I think it's also helpful if their search behaviors matched the B2C business' industry (landscaping, groomer, etc). Think geo-targeting households with buying behavior.

Geography: ZIP codes plus 5–10 mile radius
• Demographics: age, income, homeowners only.
• Housing: home value $250k–$750k, length of residence 1–10 years.
• Lifestyle/interest: pet owners OR homeowners with kids
• Data quality: only records with phone and/or email, last updated within 12–24 months.
