It appears that any GHL personnel have backend access to our accounts. This can be an issue for business with valuable proprietary information. If you can create a toggle to secure the backend of the access where the support staff login to your account and a popup shows up to ask if you will provide permissions. This would apply to all of the everyday support staff. I would think it is prudent that a few senior staff may have super user rights. In either case, there should be a log of who accesses the account.
